Centrix Tubes

Product Description:

A plastic telescopic tube used with the Centrix electro-bonding system to mechanically fasten Centrix plates to a sub-structure, in combination with Centrix and Valmax fasteners. Available in lengths from 35mm to 225mm. Supplied with waterstop plug.

Tough: moulded from modified polypropylene and extensively tested to ensure high strength, impact resistance and durability.
Centrix compatible: every tube fitted with our unique heat shield to prevent damage from a hot Centrix plate.
Easy insertion: sharp, slim tip for easy insertion into all insulation materials.
Screw-grip: tube tip designed to hold screw fastener for pre-assembly, if required.

Reduces heat loss: eliminates thermal bridging, thus allowing thinner insulation material.
Foot traffic friendly: telescopic design prevents screw head damaging membrane when soft insulation is compressed by rooftop loads.
Waterstop plug: prevents water entering tube during installation to minimise fastener corrosion.
EOTA CE approved: all Centrix fasteners are fully approved.

Application:

Any application that requires waterproofing membrane securing to a sub-structure (eg. roof, tunnel, below-grade construction etc).
