Centrix Plates

Product Description:

A special coated metal plate used with the Centrix electro-bonding system to mechanically fasten thermal insulation and waterproofing membrane to a sub-structure. Use in combination with appropriate Centrix and Valmax fasteners. Available in a range of 3 coatings suitable for bonding to PVC, TPO, EPDM etc, and with different fixing hole sizes.

Dual-fix solution: Plate secures both insulation and waterproofing membrane at the same time.
Concealed bond: Gives a high quality hidden bond without penetrating the membrane.
High performance: Centrix bonded plate offers exceptional fastening strength, requiring 25~50% less fasteners than traditional fixing methods.
Foil compatible: Foil-faced insulation material can be used with the Centrix electro-bonding system.
XPS/EPS compatible: Install Centrix thermo pad under the Centrix plate to avoid damaging heat sensitive insulation material.

EOTA CE Approved: All Centrix fasteners have undergone extensive testing and are fully approved.
BREEAM/LEED: Plate can be de-bonded using the Centrix tool, for easy membrane removal and recycling. Helps you comply with environmental sustainability standards.
Quality control: as an engineered system, only genuine approved Centrix plates can be used with the Centrix tool. A Centrix smartcard is supplied with each tub of plates, enabling any Centrix tool to bond until the credits expire. Centrix credits can also be downloaded via our website.

Any application that requires waterproofing membrane securing to a sub-structure (eg. roof, tunnel, below-grade construction etc).
